The Affordable Art Fair New York Spring

Nicolas Auvray Gallery is delighted to participate in the Affordable Art Fair this spring at B23.

We are pleased to present J. Margulis, whose practice bridges digital design, sculpture, and photography. Drawing on a deep engagement with light, color, and geometric form, Margulis creates layered acrylic and plastic compositions that act as “light traps,” revealing new visual narratives as the viewer’s perspective shifts. Rooted in influences from geometric abstraction and kinetic art, his work reflects on how subtle changes in viewpoint can uncover the complex layers of belief, perception, and understanding; an exploration that resonates with the themes of courage, empathy, and perspective central to the show.
