Born in Paris in 1961, Anne Manoli is a graduate of the École nationale supérieure des Beaux-Arts in Paris. She has pursued a career marked by numerous exhibitions in France and abroad. Her work explores the materiality of painting and the organic forces of nature. Through layered surfaces, engraved textures, and powerful gestures, her paintings evoke landscapes, elemental matter, and processes of transformation, approaching painting as a living, tactile organism.
